Cleveland is home to some of the finest medical institutions in the world--but also has some of the highest infant mortality rates in the nation. First Year Cleveland is doing pivotal work to improve health outcomes for babies in communities across Cuyahoga County.

Join us to learn how First Year Cleveland is reducing infant mortality rates, reducing racial disparities for babies, and eliminating sleep-related deaths for babies. They will break down common myths about babies and moms and focus on strategies to improve health and wellness. Don't miss this special opportunity to learn about their framework and priorities!
